By accepting this free trial, you acknowledge that the purpose is solely for evaluation and to ascertain your interest in becoming a subscriber to the RAD Service. Your access is granted free of charge for this evaluation, devoid of any contractual rights or obligations. It's imperative that during this trial, you use the RAD Service exclusively for evaluation purposes at your own risk. Printing, downloading, or copying substantial amounts of data from the RAD Service without prior written consent from RAD is not permitted. Commercial usage of the trial is prohibited without prior written consent from RAD.

If representing an organization, you assert that you have the authority to agree to these terms on its behalf. RAD provides you with a personal username and password for a brief trial period to facilitate your evaluation, with the strict requirement that you maintain confidentiality and not share these credentials with any third party. Your utilization of information, data, and analytics from the RAD Service is bound by these Terms of Use, and any violation will result in the termination of your trial. Should you opt to subscribe to any part of the RAD Service following the trial, RAD reserves the right to charge a separate fee for access to specific sections of the service.

Upon conclusion of the trial, you are obligated to destroy, delete, or return all RAD-provided data, documentation, or media accessed during this period. If requested by RAD, you must provide written certification of this action within ten (10) days of their request.

  4. Publish unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, or objectionable material, as determined by RAD.
  5. Share content that might promote or encourage behavior considered criminal or legally liable under any law or regulatory guidelines.
  6. Utilize the RAD Service to distribute harmful software, such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other disruptive elements.
  7. Share material protected by copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights without explicit permission from the respective owner. You are solely responsible for determining the protection status of any content and will be accountable for any infringement or damage resulting from such actions.
  8. Employ the RAD Service for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
  9. Engage in activities such as modifying, adapting, sublicensing, translating, reselling, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the RAD Service.
  10. Impersonate individuals or entities or misrepresent affiliations.
  11. Engage in commercial solicitation or promotion, except in areas specifically designated for such activities within the RAD Service and in compliance with RAD Service rules.
  12. Misuse the email functions of the RAD Service, including sending unsolicited commercial emails, spam, chain letters, or disruptive transmissions. Attempting to forge message headers or obscure email addresses is also prohibited.
  13. By using the RAD Service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines. Violations of these conduct rules may result in appropriate action taken by RAD, including the termination of your access to the RAD Service.
